I make, supply and fit a wide range of blinds, including roman, roller, pleated and skylight. They are a great alternative to curtains; require significantly less fabric and are especially good at small windows where wall space may be limited.
Blinds can also be used in conjunction with curtains or swags and tails at larger or unusual shaped windows. When down, they become a picture in their own right and are a fabulous way of showing off stunning and detailed fabric.
My favourite blinds are roman blinds, they are a classic pleated blind which is perfect for any room; from bedrooms to formal sitting rooms .
Roman blinds can also be interlined and made with a blackout lining.
All blinds supplied and fitted comply with BS EN13120, BS EN 16433 and BS EN 16434 Child safety regulations.
I hand sew roman blinds so they have the appearance of an untouched piece of fabric with no visible stitch lines. Detail can be added with a contrast trim on side edges or the addition of a contrast band, fringing, bead trim or braid on the bottom edge.
I offer a made to measure laminated roller blind service where a client’s fabric is laminated and made up into a roller blind.
